Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Huddle ("the service"), operated by RPMR Creations in Ontario, Canada ("we"). By entering the chat you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. The service is not directed at children. We remove anyone we believe is under 18.

Your conduct

You must follow the chat rules and all applicable laws. You are responsible for what you write. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, get around filters or bans, automate messages, or collect information about other users.

User content

Messages and drawings are made by users, not by us, and do not reflect our views. We do not review messages before they appear. We may filter, hide or remove any message and suspend or ban any user at our discretion, with or without notice.

Reporting and law enforcement

We act on reports of illegal content. We report suspected child sexual exploitation to the appropriate authorities as required by law, and we may share logs with law enforcement when legally required or when we believe someone is at risk of harm.

Talking with strangers

Huddle connects you with people you do not know. Never share personal details, and leave any conversation that makes you uncomfortable. Use the service at your own risk.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, interrupted or changed at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the conduct or content of other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
